International City Bank: Phase 2 Assessment
Subsurface soil sampling at levels of 20’, 10’ and 5’ to determine levels of soil contamination at former gas station site. CTI was instrumental in obtaining a ‘no further action’ determination from the Long Beach Environmental Department so that tenant improvements could continue at the property and the loan process could be closed out.
Various Clients: Lead and Asbestos Abatement
CTI was contracted to provide asbestos abatement and lead removal services. The scope of this project included removal of tile, carpet, mastic from mirrors in order to facilitate tenant improvements. The project required Project Managers to work directly with the General Contractor and utility company for scheduling. This work required employees to be donned in the appropriate personal protective equipment and monitoring of the space associated with the abatement.
